Travel is all about making new discoveries and creating new memories and that’s exactly what inspired the 2017 collection of handcrafted leather suitcases, bags and accessories from Globe-Trotter – the luxury lifestyle brand beloved by traveling Brits from the Queen to James Bond.
Taking inspiration from the travel stickers collected by Hilary Farish – a 1960s air stewardess for British Airways-forerunner BOAC – as she jetted around the world, the new collection features colourful, graphical linings and hand-appliquéd leather patches in the mid-century style of Farish’s sticker sets which bring to mind the excitement and glamour of flying’s golden age and add a subtle element of fun to an otherwise discrete and elegant collection of luggage for men and women. Time to get packed, prepare to board and buckle up.
