Overview – Bequia Real Estate
Located just south of St Vincent and north of Mustique, Bequia is the second largest island in the Grenadines. Untouched by mass tourism, it is beloved for its natural beauty and authenticity, which make it, in many ways, the ultimate “get-away-from-it-all” destination.
The tiny 7 sq mile island is home to just 5,000 people, including a community of foreign nationals that have invested in property in areas such as Spring Estate and Hope Estate. Bequia has one of the most diverse and established real estate markets in the Grenadines. Bequia’s real estate market offers beachfront properties just footsteps from the soft white sand, as well as luxury homes for sale tucked away in the hills with spectacular views of the sparkling sea. There are both new and re-sale luxury properties available.
A villa on Bequia is ideal for enjoying the island’s sites including the scenic waterfront capital Port Elizabeth which has a laid back, villagey feel, the natural harbour at Admiralty Bay which is often filled with yachts and the islands beautiful beaches including Princess Margaret Beach and Friendship Bay.
