Walter Zephirin is the Founder and Managing Director of 7th Heaven Properties, “The Luxury Caribbean Property Specialist”.

Born on the island of St Lucia but educated and now based in the UK, Walter has a passion for the Caribbean region and for promoting the very best it has to offer. It is this passion, combined with very close involvement in property and resort development in St Lucia and 15 years experience in agency and in-house Marketing and Sales, which led him to establish 7th Heaven Properties in 2010.

Under his leadership, 7th Heaven Properties has emerged as a leading independent specialist in Caribbean property, showcasing a very wide selection of residential and commercial real estate for sale from across the entire Caribbean region to international buyers.

Having lived and worked extensively throughout the Caribbean, Walter offers unrivaled insight into the Caribbean real estate market. Thanks to his reputation and commitment, he has amassed an impressive list of clients, ranging from individual second home buyers to high profile commercial investors who have come to rely on his unrivaled local market knowledge and extensive network of contacts in the Caribbean.

Robert Cooper is a Director of 7th Heaven Properties, one of the world’s leading independent specialists in Caribbean real estate.

Responsible for marketing activities, Robert oversees branding, advertising, content development, public relations and social media for the company.

Prior to joining 7th Heaven Properties, Robert spent time living in Japan and Germany before working with some of the world’s top brands during his time working as a management and strategic brand consultant.

Now based in the UK working with 7th Heaven Properties, Robert brings this global perspective to his role at 7th Heaven Properties. He has traveled extensively throughout the Caribbean to gain first-hand knowledge of the region, visiting both popular hotspots and quieter hidden gems. From the Dominican Republic, Antigua, St Kitts & Nevis and the Turks & Caicos Islands to less visited islands such as Barbuda, Montserrat, and Dominica, Robert has explored all corners of the region.

With his passion for marketing and love of the Caribbean islands, Robert continues to help the company grow its brand and connect with potential high-net-worth buyers and investors around the world.
