The Resort will be developed in this beautiful town in the western part of Puerto Rico which is also part of a local government tourist zone known as “Porta del Sol”. The Tourism Company of Puerto Rico is concentrating a considerable part of their efforts in developing this zone into a tourist attraction for local and international tourism. The project is conveniently located at a very short distance from the Old Air Force Ramey Base which has the Rafael Hernández Airport {1}. that is served by major U.S. airlines, and the Punta Borinquen Golf Course. The proposed Resort is a tourist, residential, commercial and recreational project, which is enclosed in one hundred twenty six. two (126.2) “cuerdas”, in the Borinquen Ward, Municipality of Aguadilla.
